Beliefs, Common Mission and Shared Vision

Hornet Beliefs

We believe that high expectations for learning should be held by the community, teachers, parents, and students.

We believe in using research-based instructional strategies based on assessed needs, staff development, and formative assessments to prescribe instructional strategies to improve student learning.

We believe all stakeholders (students, parents, teachers, and the community) should share responsibility in decision-making processes.

We believe we can meet all students’ needs by using a variety of instructional strategies and assessment data.

We believe teachers will improve instruction and reach our educational goals in order to introduce students to concepts they may use throughout their lifetime.

Our Common Mission

Stakeholders

 Students

We will do our best on the road to success.

Respecting and understanding each other

Nurturing and safe environment to enhance learning

Encouraging character education and good citizenship

Taking responsibility for decisions and actions

Students valuing learning as a lifelong process

Our Shared Vision
